The Company:

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Lead, the role is to liaise day to day in respect of a processing focus, and to support the wider Accounts Payable team with their duties.

Principal Accountabilities:
Focus on daily purchase invoice document processing and updating SharePoint invoice tracking tool, and weekly regional payment run support.
Work to support AP team and reporting into AP Lead, along with other ad-hoc projects and duties as required.

General Duties:
From time to time may be required to perform other duties as determined by your abilities. Working alongside procurement, logistics, personnel and other departmental query support, you will also ensure principal consideration is given to personal health and safety, ensuring ensure appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used in accordance with company health and safety policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
Good computer skills – experience of Microsoft office and Excel
Excellent numeracy skills
Experience in a similar role essential
SharePoint experience would be beneficial
Operational purchasing systems experience essential
Experience of Sage accounting required – Sage 200 preferable but not essential

You will have a engaging personality as you will need to communicate clearly with the rest of the team, and have an organised ordered approach to your workload.
