We are currently searching for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the EUMEA Accounting Service (EAS) for Collins Aerospace, based in UK (Remote).
You will be responsible for collecting the cash for a dedicated portfolio of international customers for Interiors, Avionics and Mission System business. EAS is responsible to maintain customer contacts, collect on several high-profile accounts and prevent overdue invoices. You will join the team to contribute to EAS goal and success.

The main responsibilities are:

• Working on 3 ERP systems
• Send statement of accounts and chase customers
• Place calls and organize meetings with customers regarding account status
• Support inquiries from customers and internal departments: copy of invoices, payment detail, account clearing
• Liaise with existing EAS team
• Establish/ review customer credit limit and payment terms
• Unlock the daily orders say "Credit Check ", follows the payment orders for advanced payment

Attributes :

• Customer Relationship skills. Good communication skills. Negotiation. Resistant to stress.
• Basic knowledge of Excel. SAP experience is preferred.
• Detailed oriented with ability to perform accurate and high volume of data
