Senior Commercial Finance Manager - Luton

c£80,000 plus 35% bonus

Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking for a rare opportunity to join a market leading brand as a senior member of a high performing finance team?

RW are exclusively working with a market leading and widely respected Luton based company in recruiting a Senior Commercial Finance Manager.

This role is a great platform to influence senior leadership and help drive the direction of the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business partner and trusted advisor to the Commercial, providing insight & analysis for key decisions making and long-term strategy.
  • Management of a significant budget, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow & balance sheet management.
  • Define content and coordinate the monthly review pack and lead meeting with key commercial partners; providing clarity and offering challenge to improve profitability.
  • Finance lead on supplier management including tendering, contract renewals and onboarding of new suppliers, as well as ensuring commercial relationships are accounted for & reported accurately.
  • Lead on various continuous improvement projects including driving improvements to MI reporting; ensuring the Commercial team have all the tools for informed decision making.
  • Accountability for financial requirements into business cases and projects, ensuring all correct investment committee requirements are met and financial requirements are delivered.
  • Leading by example; coach and develop your team

Candidate Profile
  • A strong communicator, a focused drive for success and best practice
  • Strong leadership and can inspire, coach and mentor a team
  • A Qualified Accountant with significant PQE and proven ability to lead on strategy, forecasting and budget setting
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail and good judgement
  • A strong business partner having succeeded in driving a business partnering model in a large, ideally global business.
