We are looking for an Accounts Payable super star to join our Finance Team based in Melbourne CBD.

About the Role:
The position requires an Accounts Payable Officer who can effectively prioritise their workload across a number of different tasks which include; processing invoices in a timely manner, account reconciliation, matching payments and employee expense claims.

Key Responsibilities
· Ensure creditor invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner and are paid according to payment terms
· Create and maintain new vendor files
· Reconcile vendor statements and process payments
· Internally follow up outstanding Purchase Orders
· Reconcile direct debit payments

Your profile
· Minimum 2 years AP experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· SAP preferred but no essential
· MS Office proficient
