Job Details
Requirements:
English and Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Dutch min B2
At least secondary education (High School diploma)
At least 1 year of experience in F&A or customer service area
Customer orientation
Excellent communication skills
Team player attitude
Responsibilities:
Proactive collection to ensure timely payments from customers
Complete reviews of new customer financial data to determine an appropriate level of the credit limit
Contact with customers for payment details
Credit assessment and blocked order release
Participation in improvement projects
Cooperation with other team members
