About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis and production of Management Information reports to support decision making at the highest level of management here at ASB and our parent bank (CBA). This will include the coordination of information from internal clients, which will enable you to build strong relationships across finance and the wider business. With detailed reporting you will utilise your in-depth analysis and effective commentary skills to ensure the accuracy, control and insightfulness of all performance reports.
This is a fascinating role which provides visibility of everything going on in the business and insights into drivers impacting divisional and organisational performance. You'll have interaction with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) plus there is a pipeline of interesting work to get stuck into such as power BI for enhanced reporting.
About you

Strong attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills are essential in order to present the reports in a manner fit for the ELT.
Working for ASB
In return, you will work for an organisation that places huge importance and focus on its people, where both professional and personal development is celebrated. You'll work in a successful, dynamic and supportive team environment, where career progression is visible.
ASB's sense of who we are and what we stand for is grounded in our values. They guide our business in our day to day interactions with our teams, customers and community. They are what makes ASB - ASB.
