Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As a Delivery Manager you will work with the Head of Strategic Initiatives to plan and support the delivery of key initiatives to drive business performance across Partnership Banking. This role is critical in understanding relevant business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and help recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals.

What are some of the key day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
  • Analyse, plan and manage the delivery of key initiatives with a strong understanding of business needs and how change will deliver better customer outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across our Customer Connection Hubs, Branch network and Partners to ensure a One BNZ approach
  • Undertake timely engagement and ongoing communication with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met and expectations are being managed

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of banking products, processes and what drives great outcomes for our customers. You will have proven experience on delivering process and change initiatives.
  • Have exceptional communication and relationship management skills with a very strong ability to influence people and mobilise teams/individuals.
  • Be able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Have mental agility through working on numerous initiatives in parallel
  • Be computer literate and able to use MS
