The Fund
Our team are working with a multi-billion Private Equity fund headquartered in London that invests out of several funds providing growth and buyout equity into Lower, Mid and Large Cap companies globally. They are very active investors and are looking to add an Associate to their growing Investment team.
With additional offices in the US, they have a flexible investment strategy that allows them look at deals across several sectors ranging in size from $40 million to $5 billion plus and have an upper quartile return history.

An example of some of your responsibilities
- Support the senior team with key parts of the investment process, including financial modelling, valuations and commercial analysis
- Work with and support new and existing portfolio companies
- Build expertise in themes/sub-sectors of interest to execute on deals within these areas, including being proactive with deep dives and sector mapping
- Develop and establish relationships with a view to originating deals as those relationships mature
Qualifications
- Strong academic background
- Minimum 2 years’ professional experience including training in financial analysis, modelling and valuations
- Highly numerate and analytical with a background in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Consulting and/or Private Equity
- Interest in and exposure to the impact of technology on the general ecosystem
- Strong interpersonal skills - a demonstrable ability to build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
- Curiosity, passion for investing and ambition
- A self-starter with drive and energy - the ability to get things done fast
