Regent Letting and Property Management offers a range of services across residential Sales, Lettings, Property Management and Interior Design in both London and Hong Kong.

The group is rapidly expanding through acquisition and organic growth and have ambitious growth plans for 2022/2023.

The Head of Finance will report directly to the Senior Executive Director, and will be required to manage the accounts team and will work on budgets, management accounts, and all client account matters.

Key

Responsibilities:


  • To deliver an efficient and effective Property Management accounting service to Regent clients and staff, ensuring monies are received, statements are raised and invoice reconciliation is undertaken with Property Management and Lettings in a timely manner to meet client expectations
  • Provide consultative support to Landlords and Tenants on all finance related matters
  • Full accountability and management responsibility of Property Management accounting services
  • Ensure you are familiar with and perform within the parameters of the ‘Regent Way’ processes at all times
  • Implement and maintain office systems to ensure all records are accessible and up to date


Duties:

  • Work with the rest of the business to achieve best results across Regent
  • Process all payments in a timely manner to ensure client expectations are met
  • Manage the production and timely delivery of Landlord Statements
  • Undertake the processing of all contractor payments whilst working in line with Property Managers to reconcile completed jobs against quotes
  • Produce reports for outstanding Property Management costs
  • Undertake processes in accordance to the ‘Regent Way’
  • Work in conjunction with Property Coordinator’s to deliver an effective and efficient Property Management service
  • To be able to work alone and on own initiative as well as within a team
  • To be able to think on your feet, be reactive to situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner
  • Undertake regular meetings with your manager to review and manage services
  • Produce and deliver business reports as directed by your manager

The role

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, office based.
  • 31 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing with each year of service
  • Additional day off on your birthday
