The Capital Markets Analyst position within Capital Markets will support the delivery of the firm's existing and new funding initiatives, ensuring the company remains appropriately funded to fulfil business requirements at all times. This is a broad role which will encompass BAU and Project/Process improvement work across both Capital Markets and Finance and will help maintain and strengthen the financial resilience of our growing business

The Capital Markets Analyst will have the following

responsibilities:

• An essential member of the structured finance team performing detailed data analysis for securitisations and other structured finance transactions
• Provide data to be utilised in all pre-deal investor material and input into and provide required data to all transaction documentation
• Assist with the securitisation process from an originator and capital markets perspective
• Provided all pre-issuance data analysis required for standard UK residential mortgage backed securitisation and Warehouse funding transactions
• Responsible for all aspects of mortgage pool creation, Cashflow Modelling, management reporting and analysis
• Develop value-added analysis to support commercial decision making with respect to securitisation pricing, vs forward flow vs whole loan sale. Also timing and pre-funding decisions.
• Develop close familiarisation of Rating Agency modelling techniques and keeping up to date with rating agency criteria and its impact on future and existing transaction execution in the context of public RMBS and or Private ABS Warehousing
• Work closely with colleagues to conduct rigorous data analysis, crucial for exit/funding strategies, using cash flow modelling techniques
• Prepare loan-by-loan data extracts and pool stratification tables in order to supply 3rd parties with the correct data to price and rate mortgage bonds
• Effectively build relationships internally and externally
• Deliver adhoc Projects and other business goals that may require your skills and or expertise
