OSI is looking for a Lead HRIS Analyst who has an in depth understanding and experience in HRIS systems to join us on a technology transformation journey. The role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) related to HRIS, systems functionality, configuration, and capabilities. This position will work with the Director of HRIS and key HR stakeholders to maximize value of HR technology to the business The Lead HRIS Analyst will provide ongoing technical expertise on new functionality, system upgrades, configuration and testing efforts, and reporting and analytics. This role will ensure a high level of data and process integrity in the day-to-day use of Success Factors, facilitate end user training, and provide effective and efficient customer service to internal Success Factors users globally. The Lead HRIS Analyst will partner with IT, Payroll, and external vendors to solve technical problems, manage, and prioritize ongoing project/task list as well as work on continual process improvement This role is based out of the India Shared services team supporting HR users globally, hence will work US Hours. Responsibilities Lead functional and technical activities including business process configuration, enhancements, and upgrades. Ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Lead HRIS Analyst also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other projects as assigned. Provides HRIS support, including researching and resolving complex issues, unexpected process results or flaws, performing scheduled, ongoing maintenance activities Responsible for integration projects (internal & external systems) as assigned and its ongoing maintenance. This includes testing, documentation, review & upload of integration files between HRIS and other applications, debugging file transfer failures in a timely manner Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of information Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks that could delay projects/milestones Assist in creating a repository for integration technical specification documents and other workflow documentation for new and existing integrations Participates in the development/enhancement of HRIS business processes and procedures Conduct audits routinely to verify the integrity of HR data across all systems. Fosters and maintains successful, productive working relationships with internal project teams Clearly logs and communicates change requests and follows up with testing/validation of changes Participates in the requirements gathering, design and/or testing of new applications. Lead small to medium HRIS projects involving new functionality, process improvement and related integrations Partner with other HR system stakeholders to streamline process and offer technical solutions to increase integrity and efficiency. The analyst mentors HRIS team members by providing guidance, knowledge, training, and support. Implement and support processes to ensure data integrity controls are in place and system data is accurate Continually seeks ways to improve the process of HRIS solutions Ensures data integrity and confidentiality within all HR technologies and vendor systems, through routine auditing, data validations, and corrective actions. Maintains functional system documentation for assigned technologies and/or regions including change documentation Ability to work collaboratively with other HRIS Analysts, Business Process Owners, People Operations, and various IT team members to support deadlines Other projects & tasks as assigned Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's Degree required 7 to 11 years of Senior HRIS Analyst experience Previous experience using Success Factors (Employee Central) for Transactions and Reporting Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving and analytical skills utilized in effectively collaborating with team members at all levels throughout the organization. Self-starter and ability to work independently and also collaborate across teams Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables, etc.), including the ability to create and generate spreadsheets and reports Strong attention to details, good documentation skills, high level of understanding of sensitive nature of HR data, innovative mindset Demonstrated ability to work independently with high initiative; self-starter, able to identify, analyze, recommend, implement/execute, and support. Ability to work collaboratively with other HRIS Analysts, Business Process Owners, People Operations, and various IT team members to support deadlines Demonstrated project and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines and able to prioritize per business need. Expertise in Human Resources Processes and HCM Systems Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system releases Engaging, have a curious mind that focuses on how HR systems and information affect business operations, be skilled in creative problem solving and will challenge the status quo. Demonstrated creativity and thinking "outside the box" At least one HRIS implementation experience is preferred Prior work experience in HR and/or project management a plus OSI Systems, Inc. has three operating divisions: (a) Security, providing security and inspection systems, turnkey security screening solutions and related services; (b) Healthcare, providing patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia systems; and (c) Optoelectronics and Manufacturing, providing specialized electronic components and electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers with applications in the defense, aerospace, medical and industrial markets, among others.
