Accounts Assistant / Permanent / Heanor / £22,000 - £24,000

Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in Heanor looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to their team.

They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.

This is a permanent office-based opportunity, looking to provide a salary of £22,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of payment runs
• Inputting and scanning purchase invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with supplier queries
• Raising sales ledger invoices
• Processing employee expenses
• Posting of transactions
• Posting and reconciliation of cashbook

The right candidate will have:

• Purchase Ledger experience is essential
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Experience dealing with multiple finance software's
• Brilliant communication skills
• Loves to get stuck in to a new challenge
