Our client, a large law firm in the City, is looking for a Rewards and Benefits Specialist / Compensation and Benefits Specialist, to join their team for a 12-months FTC. Salary £60-65k.
If you have at least 3 years experience in Rewards and Benefits / Compensation and Benefits, plus experience utilising Workday, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Reporting to the Rewards and Benefits Manager and working in a team of 6, this is a varied and interesting role including -
- Salary reviews
- Liaising with the HR team and providing advice
- Assisting with the rollout of Workday globally
- Analysis and budgeting
- Liaising with external benefits providers
- Responding to queries from HR and employees
- Keeping up to date with market trends
- Ad hoc projects
You will require at least 3 years' experience in Rewards and Benefits / Compensation and Benefits in a large Professional Services environment such as a law firm or accountants. You will also need experience utilising Workday plus Excel.
