We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to join our Finance team. The role is based at our UK facilities in Beeston, Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity working for an established Nottingham-based manufacturer within the Finance team. You will gain experience across the Accounts Payable and Receivable team and a good grounding for a career in Finance. You will work towards a Level 3 Apprentice Qualification.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
To perform the financial activity relating to SAGE X3 Accounts Payable Invoice processing, verifying the accounts for completeness, accuracy and reasonableness.
To perform the financial activity relating to SAGE X3 Accounts Receivable
To liaise with internal departments/suppliers regarding resolution of invoice queries
To produce monthly customer & supplier statement reconciliations.
To take ownership of various administration and clerical tasks related to Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable.
Qualification and Experience
GCSE Maths and English at grade 5 or above
