Allen Lane are currently partnering with an environmental organisation focused on the preservation of wildlife and commitment to education on carbon emmissions. An organistion that thrives of inquisitive nature of the finance department, they're currently looking to expand their team with the addition of a Junior Finance Business Partner. This role would have both elements of responsibility as well as opportunities to gain exposure to new pieces of work.

Key responsibilities include:


Provide accurate, reliable and timely information so that departments manage and administer their budgets with independence and accountability; future plans and strategy are fit for purpose and risks are understood, managed and mitigated
Create efficient, effective and appropriate procedures to protect the assets of the company
Collaborate as a partner throughout the company on all aspects of our business that require financial input and expertise
Work as a team and develop each team member to the maximum so we are collectively and individually brilliant


The successful candidate:

Will be someone actively studying towards being a fully qualified accountant. This position will require someone who can demonstrate their determination to learn and develop whilst being passionate about the Charity and Not-for-Profit space.
