The Role - Administration Assistant ( Audit and Accounts Team):

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to provide general administration duties across the department. This is a busy and varied role which requires attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the point of contact and provide general support for internal and external clients
  • Meeting and greeting clients -hospitality duties
  • Producing and posting of Engagement letters
  • Completing new client forms
  • Answering and directing phone calls promptly and politely
  • Producing Pre-Audit letters, obtaining Partner signatures and sending on to relevant member of staff for processing
  • Organising and scheduling appointments (internal and external)
  • Photocopying, scanning and printing duties

Person Specification - Administration Assistant ( Audit and Accounts Team):

  • Good educational background
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate computer operational skills with a solid knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Outlook

In addition to the above successful candidate will be organised and commercially minded, displaying level of flexibility, professionalism, confidence, and ability to build successful relationships through credibility, trust and mutual respect.
