This is a permanent position based from ANY one of our 9 UK offices (London, Amersham, Guildford, Birmingham, Bristol, Cheltenham, Leeds, Liverpool, or Glasgow) and will be worked under our flexible-working 'WorkSmart' framework where you will have the option to share your time between the office with hybrid working (very flexible, office 1 - 2 days per week).

About the role


We are seeking aSenior Consultant (Risk Advisory & Analytics)to report to the Head of Risk Advisory & Analytics. We are specifically looking for Enterprise Risk Management experience. Led by partner, Dean Hughes, the Risk Advisory & Analytics practice focusses on providing innovative, tangible benefits for clients in all areas of risk management, resilience and data analytics.


As an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager and Senior Consultant you will have developed at least one area of expertise, which could relate to the areas above. Or it may relate to something similar, for example, an industry specific risk specialism, supply chain, ESG, Insurance, Financial Services or Compliance. As subject matter expert, you will advise clients and lead team members based on their area of expertise. This may be in-house at a client organisation whilst on a secondment; as a lead implementer on a project pertaining to their specific area of expertise; or as a contributor to a broader multi-discipline client project.

Responsibilities:


Lead implementer on client projects;Designing and implementing frameworks and processes;Drafting and editing technical documents, guides and policies;Liaising with software engineers and data analytics teams to build client dashboards;Contributing to thought leadership and value proposition design for Risk Advisory & Analytics;Any other reasonable task as advised from time-to-time.

Key Deliverables (Objectives)


Lead existing and future Risk Advisory & Analytics client projects;Enhance the value proposition with subject matter expertise;Draft technical documents and templates for projects and online client libraries;Promote and educate others about the subject and related propositions.
Experience


Extensive career experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
Additionally, preferred (although not essential) is experience inoneor more of the following areas:

Business Continuity;Crisis Management;Resilience;Compliance;Insurance;Internal Audit;Risk Maturity;Risk Governance;Controls and Assurance;Risk Automation;Risk Transformation;Data insights and analytics modelling.Consultancy experience
Qualifications or membership:


Qualifications for area of expertise (For example MSc Risk Management, ARM, Cert CII, IRMcert,);Membership of professional body (For example Airmic, BCI, CII, IIRSM, IRM, DRI).
