Are you an Employee Benefits Account Manager looking to pursue a new opportunity? A leading, national Financial Services company is looking to expand its Employee Benefits team by bringing on an Account Manager to have direct responsibility for allocated clients on the Healthcare team.This role can be situated at one of the local offices or fully remote.The Account Manager is expected to support the effective management of existing client accounts, whilst paying due regard to the needs of the client. This Savings and Investments firm prides itself on a strong values-focused work culture that encourages training and study support progression. They are technologically forward-thinking and have a strong history of promoting within. This role sits within the Health & Protection team, and will involve dealing with Healthcare products only such as:-Private Medical Insurance- Health Cash Plans- Dental Insurance- Employee Assistance ProgrammesRole


  • Understand the Healthcare products
  • Act as lead consultant for allocated clients
  • Attend client meetings with consultants
  • Drafting reports for consultants & Liaising with providers
  • Manage and prepare client data for reports and to issue to providers.
  • Collate relevant management information such as client renewal dates, client activity start, and completion dates.

What's needed to be considered?In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have -

  • Previous experience in an Employee Benefits Administration/Account Manager role
  • An understanding of Health & Protection products
  • Proven experience of providing quality support & building credible client relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Experience using IT Systems and Software including platform/provider websites and portals
