Management of 5+ DRs plus wider stakeholder management.
This function in the business is responsible for assuring up to nearly £10bn revenue collectively across 2 stake holding businesses.
Skills & Experience
Telco experience in project/programme management, business assurance, risk, compliance, network, business operations, audit or billing roles, contract management.
Business/Revenue Assurance industry experience or other relevant areas.
Experience in managing teams of varying skill sets and capabilities.
BQF LP+ or Six Sigma Green belt+
In-depth experience in data analysis and designing, documenting & maintaining Controls to mitigate risk Your Responsibilities
Use advanced business assurance knowledge to carry out coverage and risk assessments, analytical data capture, design, engagement and controls development.
To proactively investigate & lead on new areas of possible leakage or margin improvement (Revenue and Cost) through liaising with various points of contact across the business and/or through the analysis of various data sources available to the team.
Identify key opportunities for improvement and transformation, at both operational and strategic levels and drives implementation.
May be required to manage third-party suppliers and also the operational interface with auditors and regulatory authorities
To analyse, report and assist on the correction of revenue-impacting errors across systems and the management of resolution with operational business process owners
Perform & lead root cause analysis across the team
Responsible for forecasting and managing demand on resourcing to ensure goals/objectives/budgets are met
Delivering strategic change and driving efficiencies using Continuous Improvement methodologies
Focused SME knowledge of specific products and supports ownership of assessments, controls, 2nd line control coverage and exception management across all process touchpoints. Key Priorities
