Opus People Solutions are seeking a Junior Adaptations Surveyor in Northampton/Kettering on a permanent, full time basis. Take back control over your personal life with hybrid, flexible working arrangements to suit you.

Day to day, you will support residents with the delivery of a disabled adaptations and the distribution of Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG), a chance to make a tangible difference to peoples lives.

Whilst visiting residents in their own home and advising on adaptations, you will also prepare schedules of work, specifications and drawings, taking into account the recommendations of the Occupational Therapist, as well as the client's own needs and wishes.
