Management Accountant Responsibilities
Monthly preparation of management accounts Budgeting and forecasting Sales operations including invoicing and posting journals Reconciliation of all balance sheets Cost control accounting Assist the Financial Controller, Finance Director, and CFO with strategic financial tasks Support with development of ERP system Management Accountant Rewards

Management Accountant Experience Essentials
Demonstrable and extensive experience at Management Accountant level ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or newly qualified Qualified by experience also considered Strong analytical and numerical skills Keen problem solver and ability to deal with a demanding workload Personable, adaptable, hard-working, and focused Passionate about finance and happy to help support the wider teams Experience using Xero accounting software Management Accountant Location
This position is hybrid with two days a week in the office in Oxford. Public transport links are limited
