A client in the service sector with turnover in the region of £150m. Have gone through a recent restructure at board level and new investment and strategy to execute.
The role will blend the commercial element and improving the controls and governance to deliver on the boards new objectives and growth strategy.
The role would suit a Head of Finance who is happy to have a balance of financial control and commercial. It would be fair to say the initial 6 months would be quite busy on the reviewing of the current controls.
The role reports in to a newly appointed CFO who is progressive and highly commercial and who is looking for a similar minded number two of finance.
