Working for this family owned prestigious law firm, you will deal with all HR and payroll matters.
With a monthly payroll of 130 staff plus contractors, you will process payments in a timely manner and deal with any arising issues
As HR Manager you will listen, advise and take action where necessary
Key Aspects of the role include:
• Supporting all employee relation issues (Disciplinary Grievance, Flexible Working, Absence etc.)
• Proactively managing long term sickness
• Managing training needs
• Managing appraisals
• Producing and maintaining skills matrix's
• Maintaining Policy documents and reviewing procedures
• Carrying out Probation reviews
• Administering Long service awards
• Proactively managing Employee Benefits
