Senior Account Manager
Logical Personnel Solutions is a professional staffing provider working within the energy, construction, mechanical & electrical, logistics, manufacturing and security industries.
Due to growth within the business we are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Account Manager or an experienced Account Manager to join our successful Logistics Team based in Leeds.
Overview
As a senior account manager you will maintain and build rapport with existing clients to ensure you meet team and individual targets. The ability to manage and deliver on client expectations will be essential. On-call work will be expected. There is opportunity for progression in this role to manage other Account Managers and the Administration Team.
Key Tasks
* Account Management
* Assisting consultants with new business generation
* Getting involved in the recruitment process
* Payroll and Systems Compliance
* General administration support
Ideal Background
Experience of working in the Logistics Recruitment Industry. Must be customer driven and thrive within a fast-paced environment. A Senior Account Manager/Account Manager with a clear and focused approach to Recruitment. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines and targets.
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of Logistics and/or recruitment compliance,
* General Payroll knowledge.
