Commercial Executive
Location - Leatherhead
Contract - 3 Months, Mon-Fri 36.25 hours
£18.56 - £19.62 per hour, Equivalent to £35,000K-£37,000K Per Annum

My client is a global company with over 120 years' experience, they are one of the largest consumer goods companies and have over 400 products that you see and use every day. They want to create more sustainable goods to help with climate change and help reduce the carbon footprint.
They pride themselves on employee health and wellbeing and ensure every employee is happy within their roles to create a better working environment.

They are now looking for a Commercial Executive to join their team.

Your main responsibilities in this role will include

*Direct to Consumer channel tasks (Virtual Stores): New store set up, menu and content management, product catalogue set up, business partner invoicing and payments.
*Promotional Support - updating the promotional plan, translating the plan into numbers, monitoring the plan versus actuals
*Creating and tracking Provisions and Accruals
*Joint Business Planning tracking
*Wholesale Route to Market administration: Ensuring Price Catalogue and Ordering and Forecasting accuracy, and on-time customer invoice payments
*Developing strong familiarity with Deliveroo and Uber Eats' account management reports and an ability to connect the customer's reporting to the Unilever internal reporting tools.
*Working closely and attending meetings with the Direct to Consumer Operations Lead for the efficient operations of our Virtual Stores
*Developing strong command of the Uber Eats and Deliveroo Vendor Dashboards, our POS Menu Partner platform and the Unilever internal forecasting and budgeting tool

Applicants must have strong Excel skills with the ability to produce reporting tables, combining multiple sources of data, and using formulas to simplify data processing

The right candidate must possess good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage workload, delivering to deadlines with accuracy.

Strong communication and analytical skills are required along with an ability to build and maintain good, immediate and cross-functional working relationships.
