The Company
My client is a national materials business based in Bristol who due to business growth is looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join the on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an office-based position working within a team of 5 Account Managers.
This is a traditional account management role where you act at the first point of contact for valuable accounts.
Responsibilities:
Internal Account Management
Sales order processing
Initiating contact with lapsed accounts
Ability to influence others
Inbound customer service
Outbound calls to prospect business
Meeting KPI's and qualifying prospects
Daily communication
Sales admin / order processing
Reporting
CRM use
Attend client meetings as and when required
Other ad hoc duties in line with the role
What we need:
Previous account management experience
The ability to 'sell through service'
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent customer service, face to face and telephone
Experience of managing both small and large accounts
