JHE & Partners are working with a very successful construction business in Leeds as they look to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant who has a good understanding of Payroll. The successful candidate will be joining a great firm, with friendly people and a collaborative office environment. Everyone supports each-other to achieve the shared goals for the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Payroll - up to 150 employees weekly
- Checking timesheets
- Processing payments
- Handling company fuel cards
- Dealing with vehicle and equipment hire
- General office administration
- Assisting with other aspects of finance including Purchase & Sales Ledger
