You will be working alongside the Financial Controller who wants to invest, coach and mentor any ambitious Accountant and they are looking for an individual who is driven, determined, and wanting to challenge themselves and ultimately develop into a senior position within the company.

The successful candidate will be joining at an exciting stage of growth and expansion so you will play a vital role in decision making and process improvements. You will be surrounded by like-minded individuals all striving for the same goal, to continue the success and increase in profitability, which is forecast to double in the next 2 years.

You must have:

• Experience in managing accounts & comprehensive cash flow experience
• Focused on accuracy, and someone who pays meticulous attention to the technical detail with advanced knowledge of excel
• Desire to work in a driven & exciting environment where you are recognised for meeting the standards expected and rewarded appropriately, with regular work events
• Enthusiastic approach to your career and have an ambitious nature to progress through qualifications

This position will give you all of the desired exposure for you to continue moving up the ranks at this rapidly growing business you will be required to "roll your sleaves up" and get stuck in straight away. This role is perfect for an AAT qualified accountant looking to embark in the next stage of career development whilst pursuing ACCA or CIMA and study support is available after 3 months at the company
