Payroll Assistant - £25,000 - £30,000 - Bromley
Frazer Jones are delighted to be working with a leading and growing accountancy firm located in Bromley who are seeking to recruit a Payroll Assistant on a permanent basis.
This role will be supporting a large team in Weekly and monthly payroll processing.
The Role:
- Ensuring that client employees are paid accurately and timely
- Contributing to the provision of an excellent service to a diverse range of internal and external clients, providing support to managers and partners
- Reporting to managers and taking responsibility for completing tasks accurately and to deadline
- Travelling to and from clients' premises and our other offices from time to time
- Processing auto enrolment for clients as necessary
- Preparing salaries for multiple payrolls
- Statutory calculations and discussions
- Monthly reconciliation of payroll costs
- Preparation of auto enrolment reports and files for uploading.
Skills Required:
- Strong exposure to UK Payroll with a practice/ recruitment firm.
- Exposure to weekly and monthly payroll process.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player.
