REED Accountancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant, on a hybrid working pattern for a large well-known company in Milton Keynes.

The successful candidate will be hired to assist the Finance Manager with the day to day delivery of the Finance Department function with timely and accurate information throughout the monthly finance reporting cycle

Please find details of the role below:

  • Located: Milton Keynes


  • Salary:
    £28,000pa
  • Full Time - Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid Working Pattern (After initial Training) - 2 days at home/3 days in the office

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Weekly sales reporting to the Business Unit (BU) and Group Head Office
  • General maintenance of the house sales ledger
  • Completion statement review/postings
  • Assist with house sales budget process
  • Ad hoc sales reporting
  • Process utilities, company cars, monthly CIS return and adhoc invoices
  • Process weekly payroll employee expenses
  • Reconcile the cashbook weekly
  • Raise sales invoices as requested
  • Prepare and process month end journals
