FINANCE BUSINESS PARNTER: UP TO £36K + STUDY SUPPORT

BASED IN NORTH MANCHESTER

JOB RESPONSIBITLIES:

• Assist with budget setting for a range of areas including utilities, RTB's rents and service charges
• Monitor financial expenditure for Energy, Rents and Service Charge
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and year end accounting processes
• Producing budgets and liaising with budget and stakeholders
• Supervise staff within the finance team to support with budget management and financial expenditure for leaseholders, services charges, and contract and void utility payments
• Ad hoc work provided by Financial Director

TO BE CONSIDERED:

• Previous accounting experience
• Part Qualified (ACCA/ CIMA) or working towards
• Previous rent & service charge experience is essential
• Staff management experience is desirable
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
