I am working with a VC backed company that are undergoing a finance function restructuring. This has resulted in a vacancy for a commercially minded accountant that's focused with forecast, budget, and model creation. Modelling for both revenue and cost to assist with the company's immense growth. They will be working directly with an experienced CFO on developing the finance department as well as finance business partnering.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic budgetary preparation
• Cost modelling using market analysis and strategic guidance
• Quarterly forecasting
• Revenue modelling
• Finance business partnering
• Working with the C-suite and Director of FP&A in restructuring the FP&A department

Requirements:

• FP&A experience within a high growth or a PE/VC backed business
• Pro-active and commercially minded with a hands-on approach
• A proven track record of being able to liaise with stakeholders within the business
