Senior Accounts Manager

Keeler Recruitment are supporting our client, a Top 20 Accountancy Firm, with a new progressive opportunity for a Senior Accounts Manager based in Diss.

You must be ACA/ACCA qualified (CTA qualified advantageous) with a minimum 6 years post qualified experience of managing a portfolio of clients.

In your role as Accounts Senior Manager, you will also be responsible for:

Ad hoc advisory projects, alongside being involved in projections, forecasts and business plans.
Working closely with a network of professionals across the group.
Oversee the delivery of accounts assignments across your portfolio
Lead some of our largest and most complex assignments and review completed files
Business Development with clients and building up long-lasting client relationships
Responsibility for monitoring chargeability and profitability across your portfolio
Heading up a team, coaching other staff for improved performance and technical development
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the office's training and development
