Robert Walters are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a large international business based in Hertfordshire on the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner role. The role offers remote working, FP&A and Commercial responsibility and the chance to business partner various stakeholders in Sales and Operations.

The Role:

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for working within a team to partner directly with the Commercial Directors to maximise revenue and EBITA for their channels, whilst minimising financial risks and covering all aspects of the Commercial Sales channels, from review of actual performance through Forecasting and Budgeting, evaluating and supporting new contracts, working closely with other areas of Finance, in particular Operations Finance.

-Partnering directly with the Sales Directors and their teams to drive future revenue and EBITA

-Managing the new business process, ensuring early visibility of new contract opportunities and sufficient time for financial modelling NPV, IRR etc

-Analysis of all data, financial and non-financial, to identify performance opportunities and issues facing the Commercial Sales channels

-Interpreting financial and non-financial data and present this to the Commercial Sales teams in a clear, concise manner to drive actions to improve revenue and profit performance.

-Communication of insights through standard monthly reporting forums with reporting packs presented to senior management.

-Monthly Commercial Reviews with challenge and support as and when required

-KPI reporting to support Commercial decision making.

Profile:

We are looking for a ACA/ACCA Qualified Auditor from a Top 20 practice firm or a ACCA/CIMA qualified finance business partner.

On Offer:

Circa £50-55k salary plus bonus and benefits and remote working.
