Marks Sattin is supporting a growing FTSE250 Financial Services business who are looking to recruit a Head of Financial Modelling to lead their team based in Wolverhampton - Hybrid working.Duties:

• Accountability for the 1st line review and challenge of the Business's IFRS9 expected loss provisions in accordance with the Loan Loss Provisioning Policy
• Accountability for the Business's EIR accounting and forecasting function, control infrastructure and accounting/financial outputs
• Accountability for the Business's hedge accounting function, control infrastructure and accounting/financial outputs
• Maintenance and design of the Business's:
• • EIR Accounting Policy
  • Loan Loss Provisioning Policy
  • Mortgage/Asset Fair Value Accounting Policy

About you:

• Qualified Accountant - (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) would be beneficial
• Experience of operating at senior level in an EIR or Hedge accounting role within Financial Services
• Knowledge of IFRS 9/IAS 39 accounting standards and practical application
