The Purpose of the RoleTo enable payment of funds form clients to customersTo monitor and resolve enquiries from Payout clientsTo make postings to Payout ledger and Finance vendor sheetsProduction of statistical information for Team Leader and senior managerPrincipal AccountabilitiesManaging Payout Team busy Inbox same day turnaround. Cancellations to be carried out within 2 hours of receipt if received before 2pmChecking overnight Reports and emailing them to Internal Clients, authorising release of datafiles on PortalProviding Management information to Clients before 11am dailyUpdating and Balancing Client Accounts DailyProviding Finance information to Clients WeeklyPostings to CFSDaily Balancing of CFS to Finance VendorsManaging Client Datafiles on Web Portal with same day turnaround for all datafiles received before 1pmManaging take on of new clients, Closing down existing Client schemesArranging Refunds for Clients when requestedProcessing Payout invoicesSupport for Sales ManagerSupporting wider accounting team as requiredQualifications, Experience & Skills
Knowledge & Experience required

Experience in a finance environmentGood understanding of SAP CFSUnderstanding of Finance ControlsExperience of dealing with clients/colleague enquiries many of which are urgent and need immediate action
Skills required
