Accounts Assistant | Shrewsbury | Permanent | £22000 - £25000 (40 hours per week)

A well-established business, growing rapidly through acquisition, are looking for a capable Accounts Assistant to support the accounts team.

The organisation

Established for over 30 years, they operate across the UK. The business has a friendly team, who enjoy their work and have fun in their open-plan offices too.

The opportunity

The role is varied and diverse and will include:

• Processing the daily bank
• Posting journals
• Assisting at month-end
• Export/Import documentation maintenance
• Stock control
• Self-bills administration

The individual

We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual to join this small and friendly finance team. You will be involved with lots of varied accounting tasks. Good Excel skills and experience with accounting is essential for this role. AAT level 2 or above is desirable.
