Job Details

Knowledge & Skills Requirement

  • Masters’ Degree, Preferably CIMA
  • 8 + years’ focused experience in taxation
  • Must of an experience of working in group companies
  • Basic Knowledge of Income Tax & Sales Tax laws
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles
  • Understanding of ERP Oracle system


Key Responsibilities (Functional Competencies)

  • Ownership and development of a group finance function, including group reporting, management reporting, tax and treasury
  • Manage relationships with others across the Group to achieve alignment in key business strategies and decisions
  • Responsible for the subsidiary group companies budget and financial reporting cycle
  • Manage the Group’s cash flows within available facilities, providing appropriate reporting to CFOs
  • Manage the Group’s financial reporting obligations, with responsibility for preparation and lodgment of consolidated accounts and financial statements
  • Preparation of financial forecasts for the group
  • Collaborate, design, implement and review finance systems, policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and contemporary relevant practices
  • Preparation of annual budgets for holding company entities
  • Perform the accounting function and Finance functions with their controls for holding company entities
  • Oversee all accounting procedures, financial transactions and systems used by the group
  • Establishing, implementing and monitoring the group's finance policies and procedures
  • Support the centralized finance processing operation, driving efficiency through process
  • improvement and standardization
  • Ensure annual audits are carried out effectively and efficiently for all group companies
  • Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met regarding the group's financial affairs
  • Managing and supporting teams to ensure that staff receive continuing training and development
  • Performance management
  • Preparation of Board meeting presentations
  • Effectively and timely closing of External Audit
