Simpson Judge are partnered with a fast growth organisation within the pharmaceutical industry based in Wythenshawe who are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Financial Controller to drive growth. The purpose of this role is to provide control over all financial processes and Management Information. This is an office based role & will suit someone ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with experience as a Finance Manager/Financial Controller.



Responsibilities:

* Liaising with company accountants, the CEO & COO to produce accurate monthly P&L, cash flow and balance sheets
* Driving improvements in process efficiency
* Providing insight on potential risks ahead of time and develop solutions
* Leading on the implementation of the ERP system
* Developing automation tools and software to streamline processes, increase efficiencies - including data exploration dashboards and bespoke user interfaces for stakeholders
* Responsibility for ensuring all operations are in line with the business growth plan
* Compliance of company policies and legislative requirements to include Health and Safety and HR policy and procedures
* Leading the recruitment, engagement, development, motivation and retention of quality and committed staff
* Completing senior management review meetings and overseeing agreed development/ coaching plans

Requirements:
* Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
* Ideally 3 years post-qualified experience working as a Finance Manager/Financial Controller
* Strong Excel skills
* Extensive experience of working with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
* Experience of ERP system implementations not required but highly valued
