The Company
An exciting full time, permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Leader/Manager to work with a global, market leading organisation based near Sydney's Northern Suburbs with parking onsite.

Reporting to the FC, you will be managing a very competent, high volume AR team and would be responsible for overseeing all Accounts Receivable procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of a large AR team
• Monitor all debtors accounts to ensure accuracy of ledger
• Contribute to the culture of finance and organisational efficiency and effectiveness by acting ethically, honestly and fairly at all times
• Setting up the terms and conditions of the receivable and payable balances
• Checking customer's credit situation and deciding whether or not to offer the credit
• Make contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary
• Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness
• Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies
• Reconcile complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team
• Report to senior management on outstanding issues and inform them early of potential debtors problems

About You

• 2 + years experience in a similar role managing a team
• Strong system experience and knowledge on large ERP systems
• Intermediate excel skills (v look ups/pivots)
• Strong communications skills, both written & verbal
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in a high volume, transactional environment
