Responsibilities of Finance Specialist
Position Requirements
- Provide support for PR self-check, engineering inspection, and financial audit; analyze and monitor reasonableness and compliance of incurred costs and expense.
- Manage the reimbursement of the local team, get familiar with the reimbursement process and requirements, support the local team to complete reimbursement according to compliance requirements, organize Q&A training on reimbursement, and publicize reimbursement requirements to ensure reimbursement compliance.
- Manage general procurement POs.
- Check whether the bills are reasonable, whether the amount submitted is consistent with the attachments, and whether corresponding approval is provided.
- Analyze abnormal POs, long overdue unclosed POs, long overdue unpaid POs, and accrued POs not accrued in time.
- Drive business improvement to ensure that costs are correctly and reasonably recorded in the accounts.
- Support the data collation and report issuance of monthly measurement reports (management of platform allocation cost, labor cost by product domain, etc.).
Position Requirements
- Graduates majoring in accounting or financial management.
- New graduates should have basic knowledge of finance, auditing, and internal control, be able to explain the business nature of financial data or financial behavior, identify risks.
- It is better if have 1-2 years of financial or auditing experience in large enterprises.
- Be sensitive to data, have a sense of responsibility, work carefully, and work hard.
- Strong communication and coordination skills and a sense of cooperation.
