Collection Specialist
- Remind, urge and notify long-term overdue customers to settle their accounts.
- It is responsible for repairing the information of the lost account and updating the effective contact information in time.
- Find out the risk of the case and report the suspected fraud and other abnormal behaviors in time.
- Regularly summarize the collection work, maintain the quality of loans, reduce the generation of bad debts, and promote the maximum recovery of non-performing assets
- Coordinate the work with local colleagues in the responsible areas.
Job requirements:
- High school education or above, must have strong communication skills, strong persuasion and adaptability;
- Have professional dedication, honesty and good team spirit;
- Basic operation of office software, Excel, word;
- Able to travel for short periods of time.
- Relevant experience is preferred.
- English can be used as a working language
