accountant assistant

We are a real estate development company that develops land throughout North Texas. We take on all aspects of real estate development. From locating prime, developing the land, and leasing the development. We also buy retail strip centers to rehab.

Requirements:  We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has had previous experience working as an accounting assistant. They need to be flexible and are able to travel to Texas for once a quarter meetings

Job Description: 40 hours per week -Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

  - Inputting information in the company system

• Close out the books every month, Get bills approved for payment from the Accountant Supervisor Monitoring spending and budgets Compiling spending and budget reports Maintaining account books in the system so that they are up to date.
