Position Purpose:

In this position, the Senior Financial Analyst, PRO will be expected to provide financial direction, and analysis to the functional management team. Areas of focus include sales and margin reporting, planning, and analysis as well as supporting other strategic projects of our business. This person will play a key role in creating financial visibility, driving functional metrics, and will work closely with leadership to achieve business goals and create shareholder value.

• Technical skills (intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, power point, SQL)

Note: Atlanta-based with hybrid work schedule.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Performs ad hoc financial analysis & reporting in support of leadership performance requests
• Compiles or prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• Planning/Forecasting - builds and over sees sales planning process including appropriate communication to all stakeholders
• Recommends changes in financial analysis methods or procedures.

Nature and Scope:
This position typically reports to a Senior Manager Finance

Environmental Job Requirements:
Environment:
1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Additional Environmental Job Requirements:
Under constant pressure to continuously meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas and/or must regularly deal with difficult situations.

Standard Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

3 years

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in corporate finance and/or retail
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Advanced or intermediate SQL
  • Tableau experience a plus
  • Google Big Query experience a plus
