Accountant
Our client in Hamden, CT is a well established organization dedicated to helping its clients grow year over year by providing its buisness services. Due to the growth of the buisness they need an Accountant to join their team. This opportunity is moving quickly looking to interview by next week! The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday with potential for hybrid flexibility per manager discretion. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in larger organizations and is well seasoned in accounting!
Role Responsibilities:
General accounting duties
Processing accruals
Bank reconciliation
Accounting Schedules
Reviewing Balance Sheets
P&L reporting
Processing deposits and cash reconciliation
Assisting with billing
High volume invoice processing
Preferred Skills:
Well seasoned candidates with 10+ years experience preferred
Comfortable with high volume and large organizations
Strong experience with GL reporting is a must!
Proficient to advanced in Microsoft Excel is preferred
