Checkout Supervisor- Full Time

Are you enthusiastic and highly motivated?

We are seeking a Checkout Supervisor to join our team.

This position would suit someone with previous supermarket experience. The Checkout Supervisor role involves overseeing Checkout operations during allocated periods, working alongside other senior team members and carrying out hands on work with all team members.

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate that they can operate under pressure during busy periods, are able to communicate effectively with our team and would need to be reliable, flexible and a people person.

A current liquor manager's certificate is an absolute advantage.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to-

• Ensuring that excellent Customer Service is delivered
• Supervising the team and communicating information across shifts
• Carrying out normal checkout duties such as Till Operation, Packing Bags, Self-Service, Lotto, Barista and the Customer Service desk
• Supervising the sale of restricted age items such as alcohol and tobacco

Days will be Sunday to Thursday with two late nights.
