Our client is a favourite South African brand, highly popular and very busy. They need an experienced and articulate individual to manage vendor accounts, with emphasis on reconciliations, payments and queries. Reporting to the Senior Creditors Controller as the second in command, to fill their 3 Month Contract position.
Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting
• 3 years plus Creditors and Accounting/Reconciliation experience
• SAP experience - essential
• Excel Advanced - essential
• Supervisory experience - essential

Key Performance Areas:

• Reconcile accounts payable
• VAT recons
• Allocate expenses to general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare documents for data capture
• Collate creditors documents and prepare payments
• Respond to, analyse and resolve supplier and other stakeholder queries and complaints
• Communicate information to suppliers and other stakeholders
• Prioritise effectively as the pressure is on!
