KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing of Multiple Company Bank Statements (Daily, Bi-Weekly)
- Processing of Petrol & Credit Card Statements
- Processing of Expense Card Slips & Allocating Payments and following up outstanding slips
- Processing of the FNB Fleet Statements
- Bank Reconciliations
- Invoice Customers for Cash Deposit Fees
- Updating Cash Flow Reports Monthly
- Ensuring all debit orders processed and allocated correctly
- Intercompany allocations
- VAT Returns for multiple companies
- Petty Cash processing and reconciliation
- Loading and capturing cash and supplier payments
- Allocation of customer refunds
- Month End Reports
- Stats SA
- Intercompany transfers
- Loading recipients onto to banking profiles
- Speed point machine reconciliations
QUALIFICATIONS
- MatricEXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- knowledge of bookkeeping practices
- knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
- working knowledge of relevant computer applications - Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Power Point)
- bookkeeping software certification will be an advantage
