For You:
As the Accounts Team Leader you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee a team of 5 staff while also looking after a large group of accounts.

As the Accounts Team Leader you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee a team of 5 staff while also looking after a large group of accounts.
- Engage with internal and external clients
- Assist in development and implement operational plans
- Chief problem solver by being optimistic, driven and implementing solutions
- Review AR/AP and Health & Safety systems and processes
- Provide leadership, coaching and positive direction for your team
- Operationally manage the AR /AP accounts team
- Providing excellent service that we are known for in our industry
- An Enthusiastic, Solution focused professional with a minimum of 5 years as an Accounts Team Leader, and able to hit the ground running
- Process Developer will support implementation and any process changes then educate and train your staff
- Driven, motivated Chief problem solver
- Experienced in ERP applications is essential (Frameworks ideal)
- Worked with high volume of customers and able to deliver
- Leadership or management in accounts would be beneficial
