What will you do?

-You will be responsible for timely cash collection.
-Investigate and review credit risks involving customers and suppliers.
-Evaluate credit history.
-Handle day to day activities and refer the most delicate matters to the supervisor.
-Prepare and follow up letters of collection.
-Regularly reflect the status of credit and collection activities.

What do we expect from you?

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact.
-Fluency in English and Arabic (min. B2 level in both languages is required).
-At least 1 year of customer service experience.
-At least 1 year experience of Order to Cash process.
-Prior voice collections experience, ideally business to business.
-BPO experience of at least 6 months is required, particularly in customer service.
-Proficiency in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel.

Experience in any of skills below is preferred but not required:
-Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Account Management Reconciliations, respond to queries voice and query capability.
-Experience in any accounting ERP Oracle, SAP, etc.
-Analytical and fact based decision maker.
-Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations.
-Experience in team interactions and facilitation.
-Graduate of finance related or business course. Accounting graduates - an advantage.
-Able to perform analysis of complex data and tasks.
